and Countermeasures(SPCC) form and have your plan certified before November 10, 2011

Log on to www.epa.gov/emergencies/content/spcc/tier1temp.htm
From this site you will be able to determine if you are required to certify, you can also down load the SPCC form from this site. After the 10th of November, we (or anyone else) will not be allowed to deliver fuel to a farm that does not comply with this EPA requirerment.
